It’s National Signing Day for college football and the Maryland Terrapins are hard at work to sign the nation’s best recruits. Coach Locksley joined Inside Access to give the guys an update on how the recruitment process is going for Maryland.
Coach Locksley joined Jason and Ken to talk about how signing day has been going for him, what he thinks of the season the Terps are having and why he loves recruiting within the DMV area. Coach Locksley mentions that while he enjoys signing day, it’s also a very busy day because he’s still getting his team prepared to play Michigan State on Saturday. Coach Locksley did take the time to praise his offensive stars Taulia Tagovailoa and Jake Funk letting the guys know how important they are to the Terps program. When talking about Funk, Coach Locksley said he believes he could be playing on Sundays but wouldn’t be upset if he came back to Maryland for one more year.
The Terps will look to bounce back against Michigan State on Saturday.
