The Ravens and Lamar Jackson silenced their doubters on Sunday afternoon by beating the Tennessee Titans 20-13 in the first round of the NFL playoffs. Down 10-0 early, the Ravens rallied behind the right arm and swift legs of Jackson, who accounted for over 300 yards of offense on his own. Meanwhile the defense stiffened, shutting down Titans All-pro running back Derrick Henry and stymieing the Tennessee offense. Cornerback Marcus Peters then sealed the game with an interception late in the 4th quarter, handing Baltimore their first playoff win in 6 years.
Ravens players and fans are waking up happy this morning, but what did the Professor Mike Preston think of the Ravens victory? As he always does after Ravens games, Mike joined Ed, Rob, and Jerry during Monday Morning Quarterback to break down the Ravens' W and give his report card for the 20-13 victory. Was Mike as impressed with Lamar Jackson as the rest of the football world was yesterday? And what about that Ravens defense? Listen in as Mike hands out his grades and discusses what the future holds for the purple and black.
