The playoffs unfortunately came to an end for the Capitals earlier this week, but this offseason will be huge for the Caps as they have some huge issues to fix on their roster. To help break it down, NBC Sports Washington's Alan May joined the Big Bad Morning Show on Wednesday morning. The biggest question mark for the Caps surrounds the future of Alex Ovechkin. Ovi will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, and though he has said that he wants to retire a Capital, can the two sides agree to a deal? The league will also hold an expansion draft this offseason as the Seattle Kraken join the fray. How will that impact the Caps? TJ Oshie could find himself on the outside looking in, especially his personal connection to the city of Seattle (TJ was born about an hour north of the city). He wants to stay in Washington, but could the Kraken make him an offer he can't refuse? Alan gives his thoughts on all these question, plus, Alan discusses the teams still in the NHL Playoffs and who he believes will raise the Stanley Cup next month.
