Tom Brady may no longer be playing football, but he is back at the top when it comes to his Madden rating.

EA Sports announced on Thursday that the retired quarterback is back in the “99 Club,” as they boosted his rating from a 97 to a 99 – the highest a player can have.
Brady joins only five other active players with a 99 rating – Aaron Donald, Travis Kelce, Davante Adams, Jalen Ramsey and Myles Garrett.
Brady was last a member of the 99 Club in Madden NFL 19 — a rating he has held in five different seasons over the course of his career, with his first 99 rating coming in Madden NFL 08.

His lowest rating came in just his second season in the league, when he was ranked a 51 in Madden NFL 02.
Of course, winning a Super Bowl bumped him up to an 84 the next season and he never dipped below 90 after that and even donned the cover of the popular video game twice, sharing it with Patrick Mahomes this past season.
