Las Vegas Raiders linebacker Carl Nassib made an announcement on his social media page that he is homosexual and has donated $100,000 to the Trevor project. Former Minnesota Vikings Defensive Tackle Esera Tuaolo joined Inside Access to talk about Carl Nassib and more.
Esera joined Jason and Ken to talk about his own struggles with coming out as an active player, the difficulties of coming out while being a player and what he has done to build up the LGBTQ. Esera talked to the guys about how tough it was for him to come out as a homosexual and how much commended Nassib for coming out as an active player. Esera told the guys that he struggled mentally while playing in the league because he was afraid to tell the world that he was homosexual.
Esera was also a contestant on “The Voice” and he told that guys that it was a dream come true.
