The Dallas Cowboys seem to have little concern about CeeDee Lamb’s availability Sunday against the Lions.

Lamb popped up on the injury report last week with a hip injury, but played in Sunday’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. This week, the wideout was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice with the same ailment, but took part in the full session Thursday.

Asked Friday in his weekly appearance on the “K&C Masterpiece” about Lamb’s health, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones quelled any concern.

“I think he’s full-blown ready to go without any compromise health-wise,” Jones said.

In Sunday’s loss, Lamb had five receptions for 68 yards, plus two carries that went for nine yards.

Dak Prescott is expected to play Sunday against the Lions, and Dalton Schultz has been a full participant in practice this week as he deals with a knee injury. All seem like they’re trending in the right direction, a hugely positive sign for the Cowboys.
