It appears Lamar Jackson could miss multiple games for the Baltimore Ravens.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Ravens quarterback may not return until Christmas Eve, Week 16, as he recovers from a sprained PCL.

This would mean that Jackson could miss another divisional matchup next weekend against the Cleveland Browns in addition to Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelres.

These are crucial games for the Ravens as they enter the final stretch of the season tied in first place with the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC North as of Sunday morning

The Browns and Steelers are both on the periphery of the AFC wild-card race and could take advantage of the Ravens without Jackson and give themselves a chance to make a late playoff run at the end of the season.

Schefter also noted that if Jackson does return Week 16 against the Atlanta Falcons, that the quarterback will likely not be at full strength for the rest of the regular season.

Tyler Huntley, who went 1-3 filling in for Jackson last season, will fill the void until he returns.
