Orioles baseball is back with spring training well underway and we’ve got you covered with all things Orioles here on 105.7 The Fan. Inside Access has been airing their extended interview with Orioles Chairman and CEO John Angelos all week and today they aired part three of the interview.
In today’s segment, John spoke with Jason and Ken on the Maryland sports wagering bill. John talked to the guys about the thinking behind the bill and who would benefit from the bill. John emphasized his displeasure with the bill simply leaving Baltimore out and pretty much benefiting the wrong side of the beltway. He mentions several times that the Orioles weren’t looking to profit from the sports gaming. John emphasized that he would like to see the proceed money go to helping kids go to school and fixing up communities.
