It's been a big week for the Orioles off the diamond, as the team announced Tuesday that the team would be building a new state-of-the-art training facility down in the Dominican Republic. This new facility will feature three ball fields, classrooms, entertainment facilities, and dormitories for over 100 players, coaches, and staff. This move is massive for an Orioles team that was known around the league for having little to zero international presence. At the forefront of this move is Orioles Senior Director of International Scouting Koby Perez.
