Baltimore Orioles baseball is back and we've got you covered every step of the way here on 105.7 The Fan. LHP Bruce Zimmermann had a great outing in the Orioles 6-3 victory over the Red Sox yesterday and Bruce joined Inside Access to talk about it.
Bruce joined Jason and Ken to talk about his comfort level within his game, his offseason workout and how last year's weird season is helping him as we head into the 2021 season. Bruce told the guys that he's extremely comfortable with his game right now and how his velocity and control increasing showed him that he does belong on the major league level. When talking about his offseason workout, Bruce mentioned that he went through his offseason stress free and not wondering about his future on the team. He knew he belonged on this level and he thinks that helped him focus strictly on getting better.
Bruce pitched in two innings and racked up four strikeouts against the Red Sox in spring training.
