It’s Victory Tuesday here on 105.7 The Fan as we’re recapping the Terps big upset win over #6 Wisconsin last night. Coach Mark Turgeon joined Inside Access to talk to the guys about the big win.
Coach Turgeon joined Jason and Ken to talk about how his team was feeling after the loss to Purdue, how they were feeling after beating Wisconsin and how he and his team celebrated Christmas together. Coach Turgeon spoke on the behind the scene clips that have been on social media of his team getting hype before the game and celebrating afterwards. When asked about Donta Scott, Coach Turgeon gave him high praise and said that the team needs everything he’s giving them. The team was on the road for Christmas and coming off a tough loss to Purdue but Coach said they celebrated Christmas together which included videos from the players’ families.
The Terps take on #16 Michigan on New Years Eve at 7 p.m. at Xfinity Center.
