In the last week, Major League Baseball handed down it's first 10-day suspension for the use of 'sticky substances' to Mariners pitcher Hector Santiago. On Tuesday, the league upheld Santiago's suspension, though he still does have the ability to appeal the ban. Regardless, umpires have spent the last week checking pitchers all over the place. Some have said it seems excessive while others feel it's something that has to be done. Bill shares his thoughts on the latest saga to grip baseball and it's lasting impacts.
