According to ScreenRant, Barker was dying his hair dark to match all the other TV game show hosts until 1987, when CBS finally let him look his natural age. Fans responded immediately, complementing Barker on his silvery mane and giving "The Price Is Right" a ratings boost.
He won 15 Emmys

Over the course of his illustrious television career, Barker racked up 12 awards for TV host, another 2 for executive producing, and an Emmy Award for Lifetime Achievement in 1999 bringing him to 15, according to the Emmy Awards website.
He won an MTV Movie Award for 'best fight scene'

CNN also notes that Barker won an MTV Movie Award in 1996 for his appearance in "Happy Gilmore," in which he tussles with Adam Sandler.
He has a black belt and trained with Chuck Norris

That fight scene with Adam Sandler was nothing for Barker, who has trained in martial arts with none other than Chuck Norris, according to IMDB.
He came back to 'The Price Is Right' in 2013

He quit hosting Miss USA over fur coats

Barker has long been an animal lover, donating money to PETA and ending every broadcast of "The Price Is Right" with a message about spaying and neutering pets. But his values also run deep, deep enough to force him to quit hosting the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants in 1988 because the competitions gave away fur coats to winners, according to did you know?
He donated 500 acres to Donkeyland
