Last week, I posted a poll where I used research data from Wallethub that ranked South Carolina low in terms of best states for Nurses. I asked then if the State should make changes to improve conditions for nurses and ultimately keep the best in-state nursing talents here, instead of them opting for travel nursing. The majority of you said yes, the state should work on improving conditions. On Thursday, nurses and supporters took to the Nation's Capital to voice their frustrations. Nurses march on D.C. and among their highest priority issues were 1. Ratio of patients per nurse and 2. Keeping legislation from being passed that would cap pay for nurses. Do you think, the march will bring positive change?
