In case you missed it, yesterday on Beyoncé's internet, a Twitter user decided to fix his fingers to say "Snoh Aalegra is our Sade." No offense to Snoh, but nobody was agreeing with that sentiment— especially not while Sade Adu is still here in the land of the living.
Despite fans dragging the language of the tweet— and thankfully, not Snoh—the Ugh, those feels again singer responded to the claim with grace. She tweeted, "there’s only one Queen Sade Adu. There will never be another one. This comparison I just saw is so unnecessary. It’s not even a debate. Respect the legend, please."

Furthermore, she also expressed, "Sade is every generations Sade." And that's simply that on that. Sade has remained silent throughout the ordeal— very on brand— but we're sure she can agree.
