Congratulations, you’ve made it past hump day (aka Wednesday) and onto Thursday, which thanks to alliteration and Instagram is also known as #ThirstTrapThursday.

Despite misconceptions, there’s nothing nonchalant about setting up a thirst trap. Much thought goes into every take - the pose, the background, the wardrobe (or lack there of), the caption - everything must come together perfectly to entice what we’re ultimately all after - Thirst! Oh, and likes of course, duh.

While celebs don’t need or reserve any particular day of the week to share their thirst inducing pics with the masses, there’s something nice about devoting this particular day of the week to show off your assets (insert winky face emoji).

So without further ado, in no particular order - the traps have been set below.

1 Avril Lavigne

There is absolutely nothing “Complicated” about our feelings for Avril Lavigne in this neon green bikini. Meaning, like her black eyeliner, our feelings are very strong.

2 Dua Lipa

That’s right, two weeks in a row. And what about it? Other than this croche-slay bikini moment being a total vibe, it just further proves that when it comes to Dua, Hot Girl Summer is a forever thing.

3 Kendall Jenner

Despite this surprisingly enough being Kendall’s Thirst Trap Thursday debut, she obviously needs no introduction and this pic obviously needs no explanation. Kthanksbye.

4 Kelsea Ballerini

Yay for surprise announcements, but like this pic alone is enough of a gift. Okay fine, we love surprises, obvi we’ll take both.

5 Kourtney Kardashian

It’s the toe point for her, but it’s like literally EVERYTHING for us. From new haircut to pointed toe, we’re almost as obsessed with Kourt as Travis is. Don’t @ us, we said almost.

6 Saweetie

Sometimes it’s more about thirst tease than a full on trap. And this whole Saweetie sexy bubble bath situation proves it. Amiright or amiright?!
