Against the Jaguars on Sunday, Kupp found the end zone for the 11th time this season, and following the win, he recalled exactly what he saw on his 29-yard touchdown catch that allowed him to get open. Kupp answered the sideline reporters' question in the most technical 'football guy' way possible.

Here is his full answer:

“Yeah, they just had a little three-deep fire zone. Brought the nickel off the edge, safety dropped down. They didn’t look like they were doing a replacement fire zone, so I knew with the back away, we were going to get three pushing through," Kupp said. "I had an opportunity to kind of run in there if I could beat my guy, just had to beat the safety to the end zone.”

Kupp's post-game response should be enough for you to realize why he is regarded as the smartest receiver in football right now. Here is the TD play Kupp was referring to in his breakdown.

It's not always about size, speed and vertical ability to be a good wide-receiver and Kupp is proving that this season.
