LOOK: AJ Brown, Big Dom team up to get Tanner McKee's first NFL TD ball back

A double-special moment for A.J. Brown in Sunday’s game, as he was the recipient of Tanner McKee’s first career touchdown pass…and then had to give up his own swag to atone for a mistake.

Brown caught an incredible pass that could’ve been McKee’s first TD pass late in the third quarter, but was out of bounds before getting two feet down:

But, he atoned for that on the next official play with this TD grab on a third-and-8 from the Dallas 20:

The problem? Brown chucked the ball into the stands, and then had to barter with the fan who caught it, offering up his game jersey to get the ball back for McKee as Big Dom facilitated the switch:

And, in the true spirit of brotherly love, our own ESP caught the moment as the ball made its way back to the Eagles’ sideline and on its way to a safe spot in McKee’s trophy case:

McKee was called into action in the third quarter when Kenny Pickett, starting in place of Jalen Hurts, left the game following a big hit from Micah Parsons. Pickett had entered the game nursing a rib injury, and after McKee handed off on the one play Pickett had to miss by rule (which led to a field goal), the 2023 sixth-round pick came back out for the first full drive of his career and led Philly to the end zone.
