
Acknowledging that all of us can have good and bad days when it comes to maintaining our mental health, Country singer Darius Rucker shares the way he has managed to keep things positive in his life.

"The way I get out of it," Darius says, "I just try to think of positive things in my life. I think about my kids, I think about my career, I think about my friends. After a while, if I keep thinking about the positive things and the things that make me happy, I can usually get on the other side of that."
"I know for a lot of us things could be hard, but you can do something to get out of it," Rucker adds.
