There are signature IHOP ingredients like hickory-smoked bacon to toppings like poblano queso sauce and there are offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Among the selections:

- Spicy Poblano Fajita
- Southwest Chicken
- New Mexico Chicken
- Spicy Shredded Beef
Each of these options can be served in a bowl or wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and the New Mexico Chicken and Spicy Shredded Beef are the only ones not including scrambled eggs. Menu prices for these start at $5.99 and are currently available at locations nationwide.
