- 3 medium size tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 medium size red onion, chopped
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 pieces sweet pepper color yellow seeded and chopped
- 2 pieces sweet pepper color orange seeded and chopped
- 2 pieces sweet pepper color red seeded and chopped
- 2 pieces jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
