I love when they release rehabilitated animals back into the wild!
So the Wildlife Center of Virginia has done something quite major: They released a bald eagle back into the wild! For the past three months, they were treating the bird for puncture wounds, injuries, and even lead poisoning! He was rescued back in March, and has been with the Wildlife Center since. But today, they released him back into the wild!
