Meet Bell Pepper! He is a five-month-old Dutch rabbit who is currently available for adoption at the Virginia Beach SPCA. He's also a big fan of all of the Halloween decorations that are set up around the shelter. Bell Pepper is young and still very playful, so he needs a home where his people will give him the time and attention he deserves. He also likes hanging out with other rabbits, but it is not required that his home has another bunny.
