MEET CLEMENTINE! She is a six year old Terrier mix who is ready for her fresh start. After being kept outside on a chain, she is now at the Virginia Beach SPCA waiting to find a nice, cozy home of her own. Because she was not well cared for, she has heartworm disease - however, her medical costs have already been covered! Clementine is a high energy girl.
