This little sunflower is ready to bloom in his forever home! Meet Jazzie, and eight year old Tabby who is available for adoption at the Virginia Beach SPCA. Not much is known about his past, but Jazzie is very sweet and likes to give head boops to his human friends. Plus he was a really good sport when he tried on his Halloween costume!
