She has had a very rough start to life, but she knows her forever home is out there! Little Debbie is a one year old Terrier mix who had only known life on a chain before she was transferred to the VBSPCA by another shelter. She arrived with her young puppies and was a great mama. Her puppies have all been adopted, but she remains one of the VBSPCA's longest residents. Because she was kept alone and outside in her previous life, she was very standoffish in the beginning - but now she loves human attention! Little Debbie also loves toys and treats. She plays well with other dogs but would prefer to be an only pet so she can soak in all the love she so desperately craves. Any children in her home should be ages 12 or older.
