This sweet guy is Max, a 5 year old Shepherd mix who is available for adoption at the Virginia Beach SPCA. He may look a little different because of his severe skin allergies, but that doesn't stop him from wagging his tail and prancing around everywhere he goes. Max is looking and feeling a lot better than when he first arrived at the shelter, but his adopter will need to be committed to keeping him happy and healthy with medication, regular baths, and vet visits when he needs them.
