He is an enormous sweetheart on the inside, but he's too overwhelmed at the shelter to show it. He often hides, but we know he was a very affectionate lap cat in his past home. He doesn't enjoy being picked up, but he goes crazy for brushes and chin scratches. Teddy was bullied by another cat in the past, so we recommend he be the only animal in the house.
