Green Tomato Delight - Wednesday

In that order. Cut green tomatoes into small wedges. Put in bowl.
Drizzle buttermilk over them and stir. Meanwhile, be heating vegetable oil in deep pot. Dump Chicken breader mix in Gallon size zip lock bag. Drop tomatoes wedges in bag and Shake till all coated. Reach in bag. Take coated wedges and drop gently in hot oil.
Do NOT STIR! When they start to brown, turn once with round ladle that has holes in it for drainage of oil. Have platter READY. Lined with alot of paper towels. Lift browned tomatoes onto platter. Lightly sprinkle with Salt. Let set about 5 min. Til cool enough to eat. Enjoy.
