Virginia Beach native stands watch aboard USS Hopper

Operations Specialist 2nd Class Justin Joyner, from Virginia Beach, Virginia, monitors for any surface contacts during watchstanding in the combat information center as the Arleigh Burke class guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70) conducts routine underway operations.
