Singer P!nk gave fans an look at how the two paths of motherhood and fame sometimes collide in a hilarious way, explaining how one recent compliment to her daughter Willow backfired gloriously.

At a recent tour stop in Australia, P!nk addressed a photo that she shared on Instagram showing her 12-year-old daughter, Willow, whom she shares with Carey Hart, sporting a newly buzzed hair cut. "Contrary to popular belief," P!nk revealed, "it was not my idea."
Well, maybe it was actually. "I made the mistake of complimenting her beautiful, long hair," she told the crowd as they laughed along. "So she shaved it off." It seems as though even with a rockstar mom with a wild style sense, and a motocross riding dad, there's always room for a little rebellion in the Hart household.
