Wearing a see-through mesh dress by Maison Margiela layered with chainmail constructed out of gold safety pins, Miley topped off her look with some Tiffany & Co. jewels and an iconic Barbarella bouffant blowout, all of which will be living rent free in our heads for the foreseeable future.
