The Cubs check in at No. 22 on the list and are valued at $3.36 billion. They've gone up in value by 53% across the past five years, Forbes reported.
The Bulls check in at No. 23, just behind the Cubs. The Bulls are worth an estimated $3.3 billion and have risen in value by 53% over the past decade.
The Dallas Cowboys are the most valuable franchise in all of sports. They're worth an estimated $5.7 billion, per Forbes.
