David Haugh (10-5): Seahawks 28, Bears 21
The only cheering for Bears fans will be for the end of the home season. This will mark the 10th straight loss for Chicago, the second time in three years the Bears have established a franchise record for futility — and yet some are arguing for the preservation of this regime.
Matt Spiegel (7-8): Seahawks 27, Bears 24
It will be a thriller and the closest to a Bears win that this December gets.
Chris Emma (10-5): Seahawks 26, Bears 20
The Seahawks still have everything to play for, while the Bears checked out long ago. I see this game being close – despite Chicago suffering three straight defeats by a combined 60 points – but it's a 10th straight loss for the Bears.
Paul Pabst (10-5): Seahawks 20, Bears 17
Would I like to pick the Bears over the Seahawks? Yeah, I'm a bit blinded by the holiday spirit, maybe. Am I typing this up after a few old-fashioneds? No doubt. I think Chicago’s passing game will have a better day and this one will be close. However, the Seahawks need this one to keep pace with the Rams.
Alex Kuhn (10-5): Seahawks 28, Bears 17
What more is there to say? The Bears are getting set for vacation. The Seahawks are fighting for a playoff spot. We see another game in which Caleb Williams and the Bears offense have some success after getting down early.
Tyler Ferengul (10-5): Seahawks 31, Bears 16
If the Bears win this one, it will truly be a late Christmas miracle, but I don't see that happening. If we know anything about the Seahawks this season, it’s that they’re perhaps the most hot-and-cold team in the NFL and that they can score points, no matter the opponent. I see a struggling Bears defense having trouble stopping the Geno Smith-led Seahawks offense with former University of Washington offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb, who was Rome Odunze's offensive coordinator in college, calling the plays. Jaxon Smith-Njigba will get free a lot, and the Bears haven't shown any ability to stop the run. Offensively, I expect more of the same. Caleb Williams will extend his interception-less streak, but the Bears will struggle to get going early and get behind, then won't be able to come back. The Seahawks keep their playoff hopes alive, and the Bears’ losing streak hits a disastrous 10 in a row.
Robbie Triano (10-5): Seahawks a lot, Bears a little
If the Bears aren’t going to show any real effort to end the year, then neither will I.
Sean Sears (8-7): Bears 24, Seahawks 21
There’s no logical reason to pick the Bears, and I have nothing to convince you they’ll win this game — but I feel like a Bears win on a holiday weekend is something we all need. Happy holidays, Scoreheads!
