LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- Bears receiver Allen Robinson (ankle) returned to practice Thursday in a limited fashion while defensive lineman Bilal Nichols was added to the team's injury report with a knee ailment.
Robinson played through his ankle injury last Sunday, saying it was "as good as it's going to get" as he managed the pain. He has 21 catches for 234 yards and a touchdown this season.
Nichols didn't practice Thursday, and it's unclear how he injured his knee. Star pass rusher Khalil Mack (foot), defensive lineman Akiem Hicks (groin), safety Tashaun Gipson (hip) and returner Jakeem Grant (ankle) also didn't practice.
The Bears listed receiver Darnell Mooney (groin), tight end J.P. Holtz (quad), cornerback Duke Shelley (ankle) and linebacker Caleb Johnson (knee) as limited in their work.
Bears running back Damien Williams remains on the reserve/COVID-19 list after missing Chicago's game Sunday. The earliest he could be cleared is Saturday, as he's subject to a mandatory 10-day absence because he's unvaccinated, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported.
