Bears linebacker Roquan Smith misses practice due to a hip injury

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- Bears linebacker Roquan Smith didn’t practice Wednesday due to a hip injury.

Bears coach Matt Eberflus declined to share details on the team's injury report prior to practice Wednesday afternoon at Halas Hall. The Bears also listed receiver Velus Jones Jr. (hamstring), tight end Ryan Griffin (Achilles) and safety Dane Cruikshank (hamstring) as not practicing Wednesday.

The Bears (1-1) host the Texans (0-1-1) on Sunday at Soldier Field. Kickoff is set for noon.
