(670 The Score) Eleven months after suffering a serious knee injury, Bears running back Tarik Cohen is still working his way back.
The Bears on Tuesday placed Cohen on the physically-unable-to-perform list as they cut their roster to the 53-man limit. Cohen will miss at least the first six weeks of the season, as required in landing on the PUP list.

Cohen suffered the injury during a game at Atlanta last Sept. 27, tearing the ACL in his right knee. He has been present with the Bears during training camp and working through his rehab, though it has been a careful process in rebuilding strength in his leg.

Cohen, 26, has 2,676 yards from scrimmage and 14 career touchdowns in his four seasons with the Bears, who selected him in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
Without Cohen, the Bears will lean on reserve running backs Damien Williams and Khalil Herbert behind starter David Montgomery.
