LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- The Bears have placed receiver David Moore on injured reserve.
Moore suffered a leg injury during the Bears' practice at Soldier Field on Aug. 9 as he attempted to make a catch in the end zone. He appeared to land awkwardly and was carted off for further evaluation.
The 27-year-old Moore has played five NFL seasons. He joined the Bears on a one-year deal in April.
The Bears signed fullback Jake Bargas to replace Moore's spot on the roster. Bargas, 25, has played parts of two NFL seasons and two games with the Vikings.
The Bears will host practice Sunday at Halas Hall.
