LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) — The Bears will be down a pair of key starters in their secondary against the Commanders on Thursday.
Bears cornerback Jaylon Johnson (hamstring) and safety Eddie Jackson (left foot) have been ruled out, the team announced Wednesday. Safety Jaquan Brisker (hamstring) is questionable to play.
Jackson will miss his third consecutive game. He suffered his injury during a game on Sept. 17 at Tampa Bay. Johnson will miss his second straight game.
Bears guard Teven Jenkins (calf) is questionable to play after he practiced in full this week. On Monday, the team designated him for a return from injured reserve, opening up a 21-day window to activate him. To play Thursday, he'd need to be activated in a roster move. Jenkins has missed the first four games of the season.
The Bears (0-4) and Commanders (2-2) kick off at 7:15 p.m. CT on Thursday from FedEx Field.
