Bears select UTSA cornerback Zah Frazier in 5th round of NFL Draft

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) — The Bears selected Texas-San Antonio cornerback Zah Frazier at No. 169 overall in the fifth round of the NFL Draft on Saturday afternoon.

Frazier had six interceptions and earned All-AAC honor last season. He then made an impression at the East-West Shrine Bowl and clocked a 4.36 time in the 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.

Frazier played three seasons for the Roadrunners. Prior to that, he played at Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College for two years and at Southern Illinois in 2019.

The Bears owned the 169th overall pick by as part of a trade with the Bills.
