(670 The Score) The Bears have tendered one-year exclusive rights deals to center Sam Mustipher, offensive tackle Lachavious Simmons and tight end Jesper Horsted.

Mustipher, Simmons and Horsted each qualified as exclusive rights free agents given that they've accrued fewer than three NFL seasons.

Mustipher started all 17 games at center for the Bears last season. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Notre Dame in 2019.

A Princeton product, Horsted was also signed as an undrafted free agent three years ago. He has played in 13 career games, recording 10 catches and three touchdowns.

Simmons was a seventh-round pick out of Tennessee State in 2020. He has played in two games.

The Bears can begin to sign unrestricted free agents on March 16, which officially marks the start of the NFL's new league year.
