Bears sign cornerback Nahshon Wright to a 1-year deal

(670 The Score) The Bears have signed veteran cornerback Nahshon Wright to a one-year deal, the team announced Tuesday.

Wright, 26, was a third-round pick of the Cowboys in 2021. He has played in 33 career games over four NFL seasons, the first three in Dallas before joining Minnesota in 2024.

In Dallas, Wright played for new Bears defensive pass game coordinator Al Harris. The Vikings released Wright on Monday.

Wright gives the Bears needed depth at cornerback and has contributed on special teams throughout his career.

The Bears' roster currently stands at 71 player after the addition of Wright.
