(670 The Score) The Bears are bolstering their depth on the defensive line, signing fourth-year defensive tackle Bravvion Roy.
Roy, 26, played in 45 games and started in 15 over three seasons with the Panthers. He was a sixth-round pick to Carolina in 2020.
The Bears waived defensive lineman Donovan Jeter in a corresponding roster move. He played in one game last season for Chicago.
Former Bears wide receiver Thyrick Pitts, who was waived on Monday, was claimed by the Patriots on Tuesday.
The Bears will return to practice on Wednesday morning at Halas Hall.
