(670 The Score) The Bears made a series of roster cuts and moves Tuesday afternoon to get to the current 85-man roster limit.

Chicago waived safety Michael Joseph, cornerback Jayson Stanley and linebacker Javin White with injury designations after each one was hurt in the Bears’ win against the Chiefs in their preseason opener Saturday. If the players clear waivers, they’ll land on the Bears’ injured reserve list.

Joseph appeared in one game for the Bears in 2021. White played in one game for the Jets and one for the Raiders last season.

Additionally, the Bears placed rookie center Doug Kramer on injured reserve. Chicago selected him in the sixth round of the NFL Draft in late April.

The Bears visit the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday evening for their second preseason game.
