The marriage is complete with Memphis Tigers Football and Ryan Silverfield, and so is the "prenup". Silverfield received a 5-year $9.25 Million Dollar deal with Memphis. Silverfield will also receive a $3-Million Dollar salary pool for staff. But the buyout is much stiffer than prior Memphis coaching deals.
