Memphis Lost to SMU 74-70
What started with so much promise is turning into a nightmare for the University of Memphis Tigers Men's Basketball Team. Starting the week ranked at #20, Memphis was blasted by 40 points on Wednesday.
Saturday (1/25) after controlling for most of the game the Tigers offense once again let them down, going cold. Memphis lost the second half 42-29 after leading 41-32 at the half.
In fact, Memphis didn't score a point the final 6:05 of the game. SMU went on a 15-0 to close dropping Memphis.
Disturbing loss. Best offense today was Boogie in role of Jeremiah Martin. Went away from it.
