The game was never really in doubt as the Memphis Tigers took care of business in their 1st game of the NIT Tournament against 6 seed San Diego 74-60 on Tuesday night at FedExForum. Jeremiah Martin led all scorers with 21pts 7reb, Kyvon Davenport finished with 16pts & Freshman Tyler Harris added 16pts off the bench in the win.
The Tigers will now travel to Omaha to face 2 Seed Creighton in the 2nd Round. Date and Time TBD.
