When speaking with the media before practice on Thursday, Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said receiver Michael Gallup and cornerback Trevon Diggs would miss their second straight practice due to illness. Those weren't the only players to miss Thursday's practice, as starting right tackle Terence Steele was listed as a non-participant due to personal reasons.

The good news for the Cowboys is that Gallup and Diggs are the only players missing after the virus ravaged the organization, causing several players to miss time over the past few weeks.

McCarthy said Diggs and Gallup attended team meetings virtually so that they can remain involved in the team's preparations ahead of the Cowboys' Sunday Night matchup against the Colts.

The players still have time to get healthy before Sunday, and their statuses will be monitored closely on Friday and Saturday.
