ARLINGTON (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys suffered a significant injury loss in their 43-20 blowout win of the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

Left tackle Chuma Edoga, who replaced Tyron Smith in the lineup vs. L.A. was forced to leave the game midway through the contest with lower body injury.

According to a report from Michael Gehlken, Edoga suffered a low ankle sprain, and will undergo an MRI for further evaluation.

Edoga was replaced by rookie Asim Richards at left tackle for the rest of the game.

Smith was a last minute scratch from the lineup with a neck injury, missing his third game of the season for Dallas.

The Cowboys will hope both Smith and Edoga can make a go of it next week, when they head to Lincoln Financial field for a major showdown with the division rival Philadelphia Eagles.
