On Thursday (7/27/23) Action Network Reporter Brett McMurphy reported that Memphis, along with schools like UNLV, UCONN, & San Diego State out of the Group of 5, could be considered for a spot to balance out the Big 12 conference that just added Colorado for the 2024 season.
